Assumption of Risk & Safety
By purchasing a ticket, entering the premises, or participating in any activity (including wagon rides, meeting reindeer,
photo opportunities with Santa, and all on-site attractions), you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the inherent risks
of equine and animal activities, outdoor/farm settings, uneven terrain, weather, lighting conditions, noise, crowds, and
transportation (loading/unloading) areas. You agree to:
- Follow all posted and verbal instructions from staff and volunteers.
- Supervise children at all times. Strollers and wagons must remain clear of loading zones unless directed otherwise.
- Maintain a safe distance from animals and equipment except during supervised interactions.
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for cold/icy/wet conditions.
- Not feed animals unless expressly permitted by staff.
Health & Zoonotic Risks: Contact with animals can carry a risk of injury or illness (e.g., bites, kicks, scratches, allergic reactions,
zoonotic disease). If you are pregnant, immunocompromised, or have respiratory/allergy concerns, consult your medical professional
before attending. Those with severe hay/dander/mold allergies should consider outdoor farm exposure carefully.
Food & Allergy Disclosure
On-site concessions or partner vendors may serve foods containing common allergens (e.g., dairy, nuts, gluten). Food
preparation or packaging may occur off-site or in shared facilities. We cannot guarantee allergen-free items. Guests
with allergies should inquire directly before consuming any items and assume all associated risks.
Weather, Timing, Cancellations & Refunds
- Weather: Events proceed in typical winter weather (cold, light snow, light rain). In the event of unsafe conditions
(e.g., ice storms, high winds), we may delay, modify, or reschedule for safety. - Arrivals: Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled ride time for parking, check-in, and loading.
- No-Show / Late: Missed timeslots are generally not refundable. We’ll attempt to accommodate when feasible, but not guaranteed.
- Refunds: Unless required by law, all tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel an event/time for safety or operational
reasons, we will offer a reasonable reschedule, exchange, or credit option. - Transfers: You may transfer tickets to another person by sharing the confirmation details, subject to availability and
our fraud-prevention checks.
Photos, Video & Marketing Use
We capture photos/videos during the event, including photos with Santa. By attending, you grant Mistletoe Farm the
right to use your image, likeness, and voice in marketing materials without additional notice or compensation.
Opt-Out: If you do not want your or your child’s image used, you must notify us in advance at check-in or by email to
Info@mistletoefarmpa.com with your name, order number, date/time of visit, and a description of your party.
We’ll provide a visual indicator (e.g., a discreet sticker or wristband) and instruct staff/photographers accordingly. While we
make good-faith efforts, incidental appearance in wide crowd shots may still occur.

- SMS/Texting: TicketSpice or our messaging provider may send event reminders/promotions if you opt in.

Service dogs (as defined by the ADA) are permitted; however, for safety of our horses/reindeer and all guests, service dogs may be restricted from close animal areas or rides if they are not under control, pose a direct threat, or fundamentally alter the nature of the activity. Please contact us in advance so we can plan accommodations.
